How to Pin a program to Control Panel ?

    Hello,

    I would like to move the shortcuts of some programs from Start Menu to control Panel. I have a program that gives option during installation to "make a shortcut in Control Panel", I investigated and found the shortcuts for Control Panel use .cpl extension. I tried changing the extension of the shortcut and placing them in System32 directory to no avail.

    There must be a way to do this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    I'd suggest Open -Shell Menu. (Used to be "Classic Shell")
    You can do so much with it.
    There is another called "Start is Back" but i never found a reason to try it once i had "Open-Shell Menu"
