I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to make a similar metallic-sounding pluck\arp, which you can hear in almost all of his tracks, check below for examples. I use spire synth btw.

 

To get that metal sound you want to create a type of "Bell sound"
or find a "bell" preset in spire and go build from there

 

These could just be looped percussive metallic samples.

i only listened to the first one but this is what i would use to start too. instead of an arp, i would use uvi shade with an LFO and mseg variations to get it sort of percussive like an arp. Then you have addition of more filter parameters which you can automate than with a traditional arp. then try different bell patches for different timbres. or a vibraphone, mallets, dulcimer, or anything else you want to try.
