    Hi,

Is there any plugin that combines an EQ, compressor and Saturator modules in one ? I did a Google search but nothing came up.

If you know of any, please let me know.

    Kind regards

    Izotope Trash?
-There's filter module that acts as an EQ
-Distortion module it's a waveshaper although but you can do Saturation or Destroy the audio
-Another thing include is Dynamics module it can be single or multiband compressor

Snap Heap or Multipass? well you can use 3 snappins (any EQ you want, Comp, and Saturation), and endless choice.

That's the only thing I know about.

This crazy shit is called channel strip and there're gazillions of it. Pure digital and analogue emulations. For the latter have a look at Waves or Plugin Alliance (for example).

Some plugs also enable you to create your own "channel strip" like Slate Digital Virtual Mix rack or IK Mixbox ...
Plenty of solutions if you google a bit "channel strip" ...

I agree with @Melodic: TBProAudio CS-5501 is superb. It's not based off anything in particular, just an easy to use and great sounding channel strip with dual modules (except for the saturator) of every basic tool you need. It also has great auto-gain compensation!

If CS-5501 isn't your taste, there are countless of other channel strip plugins. iZotope Neutron and Ozone (more modern ones), SSL Channel Strip 2, Slate Digital VMR, Variety of Sound NastyVCS (free and one of my favourites!), PSP InfiniStrip, Fuse Audio VSC-1, Waves OmniChannel (they have about 10-15 other channelstrips as well), etc, etc.

Kilohearts Snap Heap is the ultimate channel strip if you want pure digital tools that work really well, and i love the way i can organize the amount of possibilities. But's not for everybody. For more basic approach use the 'new tech' mentioned by @No Avenger with Waves and Plugin Alliance tons of channel strips (analog emulation or digital like R-Channel or Scheps Omni)

Side note: I very often use an analog or standard channel strip (if i'm using preamp plugin for the second one), followed by Kilohearts Snap Heap, so i have all the tools that i will ever need for mixing at my fingertips. Two or 3 plugins loaded per channel and i don't need nothing else for the rest of my life. I hate overloaded channels with tons of plugins inserted. Kind of an organization mania that i have

I'm not this proactive about being lazy, so I'd probably just use BlueCats Patchwork. It has latency compensation per plugin, loads different format plugins if you need to, saves your chains, etc.

KSHMR Chains is supposed to be for this same sort of purpose, but for some reason I just didn't like it.

The real crazy shit is that you have guys mixing and mastering who don't even know what a channel strip is. :suicide: THAT is fucking crazy. Good thing is that this is AudioSex, and here, we treat everyone with the upmost respect, answer every question expertly, and even give them likes and love. And... we do it all for free. Now, that is even crazier.:hahaha:

This is the ONLY "traditional" channel strip I've ever liked. You can very comfortably just use this for most mixing tasks and it works fine.
(only thing is I still would rather use individual plugins with more versatility)
