    Hi mate,

Hope you're doing good ! Interesting video. There are truths in it, but, in my opinion, still partial ones.
By that I don't mean I necessarily know the truth, but I know where this guy and I guess, you too then, come from :). Here are a few thoughts that came across :

    * Life's not a prison, it's a (multi-faceted) ladder. It's up to you to climb or to stay at any level you want or feel comfortable with. For any improvement you have to go through some form of hardship, to give a bit of yourself. Life is not a calm stream of water. By very core principles of Nature/biology, physics etc, it is designed to be challenging. Everything happens because of energy transfers. The most important face of this ladder is not of the materialistic realms, it is not the ladder of social hierarchy either, it is your inner ladder. It is of understanding of the self, looking for you own limits and then working on them to climb another level.

    * Our present age's way of "living" is indeed a form of slavery. We are the slaves of many things, but especially a man-made, thus imperfect, concept called "money". We've been taught we can't do anything without it. Wrong. The only thing you can't do without it is following up, playing in this never ending game of materialistic conquest created by humans, alongside those who do have money. And especially those controlling money. This is rigged by the start anyway, and it is not how things truly works. But our environment is too much engraved with it for the time being. Unless you fully accept being an outcast, you have to play by it at least just a little. Just enough to let you explore the truth of reality. Because in reality, whatever people wants you to believe, you are NOT just a machine, a power bank, here to supply Earth (and especially not to supply other people's wealth). You ARE Earth. You are a small, independent finger of the giant hand of Earth, part of the Univers body. By working for you, you work for it. By working for it, you work for you. You're here to do whatever you feel like doing, with the underlining guideline of doing things 'the right way'. This is all subjective indeed, because nothing is never truly set in stone. Life is movement, the 'right way' moves along too. You need to have mistakes to know a way without mistakes. Our present self also is the product of our past self experiences, may have they been good or bad.

    * Everything will eventually be eaten by our dying sun, then fade into nothingness. Nothing, absolutely nothing is of any reel importance. Which then also means that in a way everything has importance. It is up to you to give meaning in things. Whatever has no meaning to you should be dismissed and replaced with meaningful things. I used to dislike sport and be hyper-critical if not condescendent over religions. Nothing existed except for what I could physically sense. Only the exploration of the world around me ; answering why things are & how they became could spark the light of passion in my eyes. Which then later led me to understand a bit more of these 2 concepts. Sport is the love of self. Religion is the love of whatever they call God and I call the Univers or Nature. It has many flavors, none are better than the others. Just pick yours or make your own mix. In the end, it doesn't matter. Only matters the intention you put into it. Intention is the key.

    * You're not here just to feed your body. You're here to climb the ladder, to learn by trials and error. Your body is your most (and only) important tool to do so, and it does need energy to sustain. Knowledge is a curse, a powerful one indeed. The more you know, the less confident in your knowledge you become, making you ever unhappy. This is not something to fight against, you'd inevitably fail and lose yourself into despair. But rather it is something to integrate, making it a base one can proudly stand on, increasing horizon view. Food has meaning for your body, knowledge has meaning for your soul.

    * You are not defined only by your Ego. Your Ego is the smallest, unimportant, ephemeral part of yourself. It is the UI you're using to interact with the world. This is as metaphorical as it is reel ; you are a body of Earth, powered by energy of the Sun. You're both material & immaterial, mortal & immortal, 1 & all. But one doesn't necessarily "need" to know the depth of what they truly are to be able to play correctly one's part in the Symphony of Life. It is even actually necessary that not everyone knows for the Song to be played. Memories define what you know and what you do. For absolute new things to be conceptualized and created, one first need to know nothing.

    * Animals function through instinct. So do we, even if it tends to be suppressed or misunderstood. We gave labels/names to things for 1 reason, to communicate with others on a deeper level than with the universal langage of instincts only. Since langage was created by humans, it is inherently incomplete. If you think about it, your body/brain doesn't really memorize names per say, but associate a complexe set of emotions to names. Names are just a translation of the way your body memorize. But people now rely too much on speech langage and forget it's only a facade too. Words are infused with intention. That is why learning a langage also is learning a way of thinking. I feel like the more time has passed, the better we became at manipulating external environment, and the worst be became at communicating, convey what we truly want to. Our speech became soulless.

    * Life being a constant challenge experience, I do hope there are times you're tired. When you stop being is when you're dead. He keeps saying "you have to pretend it means something". No you don't. This world absolutely is crazy. And being sane in a crazy world is not a sign of good mental health. Just be you. Accept the fact that you are different, not crazy, and do what your guts tells you to. I know how hard this road is, but if you're already ridding it, it is because you do have the strength to maintain trajectory and end victorious, whatever victory means to you. If this wasn't the case, you would not be on this road.

Remember. On this instant, we are kind of toddlers on the beach, making pretty sandcastles. But once is a while, water rises and our meaningless creations get destroyed. So rather than making the sandcastles pretty, let's use this time & ressources to improve ourselves. Learn the tide cycle. Increase our own knowledge and share the love.

"Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here, we may as well dance."
Cheers mate ! Continue climbing, you're doing a great job. We're in this all together.
