It's a perception. For children, days go by slower than adults. You can test it. Go and do nothing and wait for a specific event that's hours away. It will seem like an eternity until you get there. Now do the same, but keep busy. Build something or clean the house or yard, and before you know it, the "event" is there and it seems like no time has passed. It's all just about perception.

It could work, if we extend an hour to 576 hours to accomodate the 24 days. You could spend 100 hours just waking up in the morning.

The time will slow down for an hour on the last Sunday of October. But after that it will move with a bang again.

That's exactly the answer to your question (BTW it's about half an hour but to me it was just 5 mins ):

According to Monsieur Henri Poincaré, Herrn Albert Einstein, and thousands of scientist weirdos who proved they were right, there's no need for a "keeper of time".
Time is just there, and not only the present time. All time that ever was and ever will be is equally existing just like the "now" time. "Time" behaves exactly like "Space", and furthermore they can't even be separated because they are basically one thing. Everyone has heard of "Spacetime" before.

Nobody would doubt planet Earth exists now. Nobody would doubt planet Earth existed 200 years ago. We have evidence for that, and it had to be there 200 years ago because it's still existing now, right? Space and Time are one thing. "Space" planet Earth from 200 years ago is still existing, so "Time" planet Earth from 200 years ago MUST be still existing as well. As ridiculous it might sound, but there is no way around that.

And it becomes even worse when it goes the other direction lol, the future. I'm not even starting with it, only this: let's say we got 100% evidence that the Universe will still be existing on Tuesday next week. Then we would also have 100% evidence that the time "Tuesday next week" is (already) existing
Actually we don't need no evidence, using other words: if we assume that "Tuesday next week" will be coming, we also MUST assume "Tuesday next week" is already existing. Otherwise there wouldn't be a "Tuesday next week". And along with that: no Universe

    -----------------------------------

I've heard of this many years ago for the first time, and it's bothering me every once in a while since. The mechanism itself is very clear and logical. But when you're starting to think about it, what the consequences are and what it means, then you're jumping into a rabbit hole without ending.
    It's bizarre

I can confidently say that days go by seemingly twice as fast at 30 years old as they did when I was 10-12 years old! I'm guessing it has to do with how your perception of time changes the longer you have lived. I don't want to think about how days will go by in the blink of an eye when I'm 70-80 years old

It's just reality. If your parents are in debt when they die, and their estate and assets can't cover the remainder of their debts, you could be responsible for paying the rest. Sometimes (depending on what kind of debt) creditors will just write off the debt if the deceased person's assets can't cover the remaining costs, but many creditors will do their very best to make sure that they get what they are owed.

I don't know what Recoil's circumstances are tho, but it's good to know this. It ofc depends on where you live, but you should probably read up on what the laws about this are in your country/state.

I just trying to say that I recognise you as THE DrumcodeX, Mighty Tack and the Keeper of All Time, real and imagined, being it now, both in time past as well as future time, simultaneously as an artifact of infinite existence, that you are the chosen one. That is a heavy responsibility to bear , DrumcodeX. I know that you are up to it. We are all counting on you for our shared reality continuum and to hold down our plane of existence.

I haven't read the thread but I have a good idea of what's causing days to get faster, I won't say it though. but days are indeed getting faster, time is not the same as it was in the 90s. You use to be able to count 1 1 thousand 2 2 thousand 3 3 thousand 4 4 thousands 5 5 thousand to count a second, try doing that now while looking at any watch. It's 2 to 3x faster!

by the time you count 3 seconds (for people who remember the natural rhythme of counting seconds pre internet era) it's ingrained in you this rhythme, count to it and watch the seconds speed by you. It's weird lol
