I'd like to share my work with you, it's a mix of Metal, Post Punk and a touch of Melodic Death!
If you have any criticisms either for the production or for the compositions, don't hesitate!

too dense for something that feels as shallow as this. good try but not liking it, can't even listen till the end to finish it, im sorry. don't get me wrong this is one of my favourite genre of music and I even checked everything in your soundcloud, found a pattern. It's all in the build up, build up after build up and carry the listeners, not giving everything for the first 20 seconds, twice! that's too much. it's the art of playing with silence, contrast and space, loud can only exist if there's silence, big.. small, stuff like that. If your composition starts with everything thrown at the beginning, it will be hard to absorb for anyone ever, nobody has attention span that works like that, no music nerd does. Listen to how the pros do it :

dig their entire discography, you'll learn a ton about arrangement and I'll be looking forward to hear what you can do after. good luck.

I hear your criticism and you have the right not to like it. I know "Russian Circle" and that's not where I want to go. After all, you haven't been touched by my work, so you can't please everyone.

I genuinely like it, but the drums sound like you really hated working on them :winker:
They're so lacklustre and drowned out by the wall-of-everything-else, I think you should consider giving them a makeover and leave some dynamic range for the listener.

The drums are still too loud for my taste, and editing them is not my strong point.

I like it though is not an style for everyone, cause of that continuous "wall of sound"-ish. Still, perhaps mix the main "melody" a bit louder compared to the rest?
Like some said, the drums specially the snare could use some improvement.
