ok, I understand. since you are serious I would do the following.

Send a mail to a bigger news outlet, preferably a regional. Send a mail and shortly ask their editor in chief to refer you to one of their journalists who has some knowledge or could be interested in using the case in their work.

You can be sure they will have multiple colleges who are or have covered similar topics.

With a little decisiveness it could lead to a an interesting development and while maintaining anonymity transform your friend from being ”just” a victim back to an individual who controls her life again.

DDOS is like a bad cold: only temporary.
A better way would be to hack their server and totally wipe their hard drives.
And hope that they don't have any backup servers.

 

The Republic of Vanuatu was founded in 1980. Since independence, the country has become a member of the United Nations, Commonwealth of Nations ... which means legislation that is current for commonwealt nations is active and in that respect, I think you'd stand a fair chance in getting the site down via legal action.

 

that's why one would want too do it randomly, From experience I know server providers don't like that much traffic at all.
it's highly likely that this website is run on server that visualizes multiple domains servers and they will all be unreachable.
(possible targets too maybe pressure them on human decency? or at least interesting too see)

The best we could do was get the website banned from the country, even if it's still available via VPN it kept the content in a niche. But the site is still up and people are still getting exposed.

 

katfile.com hosts that kind of stuff as well.....publicly available without needing to press any download buttons.... links not needed, you can browse them.........
i think sister site should ban filehosting services that knowingly publishes that kind of shit.

 

She probably could sue the ex for leaking that video without her consent.

Tell your friend to email, or contact the site, or the sites host and tell say that she was a minor (under 18) at the time of the recording, and that it would constitute as distribution of child pornography. If this is an US hosted site, or company. The videos will be removed VERY quickly.

 

At the time this thread was created, I worked aside to identify the owner of the site which I did.
I also found that he had investment in Canada.
I gsve all the information to Op so he could do legal actions against him in Canada which is a country much closer to respect people's rights than the one where the victim is from.
