Anyone knows how to track location using phone number .. is it really doable?
My relative just got scammed .. the person ran away, but his number is still contactable ..

Any law enforcement organisation is more than capable of doing this using Cell tower triangulation.

You should contact the police. They can track down the phone using cell towers.
Unfortunately, criminals are very well aware of this, so the first thing they do is remove the SIM card.

Did they have any cameras around the place? Maybe that can give you some clues. In my town, there are many cameras in restaurants, gas stations, etc.
