Hello all. It's been nearly a year since my only post to this forum...

Here's one of my latest pieces for your review and feedback. Cinematic orchestral in tone. I hope you enjoy it. Many thanks!

I could see it being in a movie soundtrack. Thats my only input, as I am no expert on this genre. The deep brass motif got a bit monotonous after a while...but thats me being picky. Not the motif itself, but the brass itself...perhaps at some point another section could play it some? Take that with a grain of salt though. Like I said, it sounds like it could feasibly be in a movie and it wouldn't be out of place. So, there you go.

Absolutely. Something like a Mission Impossible or Pirates. But I can also see it being used in a video game; between when your character dies and game is over, until someone starts a new game. Maybe someone who is a gamer would know a better term for it. Usually they will play in a very long infinite loop.

    Nice work @Downald

Hi @drumstuff and @clone. Many thanks for your comments. Cinematic music is what I tend gravitate to unless I exercise some self-restraint. Pleased you think this seems fitting. Point about the brass becoming monotonous well taken.

Thanks to both of you for listening and taking the time to comment. I appreciate it!

Hello @cndncr. Thanks for your good comment. As for the videos, they are all made with free clips I find on the web - lots of resources available out there. And then, of course, a video editor to cut them up and stick them together. You don't need anything sophisticated - there are some good online editors that you can use!
