Starts at 0:53, the bass sort of vibrates against the signal.

I use fl studio, and I think this producer does too, but if anyone knows anything please let me know. I wish to know and to expand on it with my own production and make something similar but unique as a bass

 

sounds to me like sidechain compression, where the bass is ducked by the kick and additionally by the vocals.

it would be very hard and strenous to do it with ring modulation, unless its controlled by frequency, which is also obsolete and difficult after all

It is not hard at all to do. If your DAW doesn't ship with ring mod with sidechain, there are great plugins like Melda's ring mod. You just set up a sidechain vsti to trigger RM and that's it. Literally takes 30 seconds. And obviously it isn't obsolete, since people are still using it.
