There are no unnecessary sounds if you want them there. I don't understand what an unnecessary sound is. If you want it, it's necessary, it might lead to it being too busy for some but if that's what you want it is what it is.

If you have changed it, I will have listen when I get up tomorrow after my head clears.

 

You've got enough advice on your track without mine, but as for this bit:

to the former, being a musical pluralist, and a fan of Bandcamp, I can say that I click on a lot of stuff that I almost certainly won't be into and give it a listen, just because there's that off-chance that I may discover something I like that's out of my usual listening patterns (e.g., the now-defunked band from the UK, Wild Cat Strike—not to be confused with "Wildcat Strike,") which means I don't "like" a lot of stuff that I rock. Considering how many lists and recommendations Bandcamp has at any given time (which's one of the things that I love about that site,) it's not hard to imagine that a lot of people are just shooting in the dark. As for the latter, everyone has every right to be making whatever the hell they feel like making or experimenting with, no matter their age. I've covered for a drummer in live Blues band before, as well as for a Death Metal drummer that was in-studio, I've laid guitar lines for sick guitarists in Emo/Alt-Rock bands as well as for a Metal guitarist who ghosted on his bandmates for a chic, I played bass in a punk band for ten minutes, covered for flakey drummers in church worship bands that friends of mine are in, and I play Soul/Funk keys, smack pads with bass and drum samples, and use Kontakt to abuse instruments that I can't play in real life, like horns and strings, all to make whatever Classic-esque form of Hip Hop that it is that I make. Basically? You do you; let the listeners wrestle with their own interpretation of the noises.
