I'm wondering if there is a sturdy-ass vst bridge that doesn't have fits whenever I move a .dll , or that can intelligently sense / place resource files so that it doesn't get confused and water its pants.
Like: i've been a long-time user of jbridge. j was more or less there first i guess. I'm sure everyone knows the whole fucking auxhost64.exe shit constantly leaking ram / idk what even it is doing a lot of the time. So: frustrating situation but have learned to live with it for years... The gui fixes within the bridging files helped alleviate some of the recurring headaches, but many plugs would/ will not work. an example of these is Spectrumworx by little endian... it's really unique and janked-out little guy.. and has never played well with pretty much any wrapper bridger situation ive used. So, yes, kinda works. but have also constantly been trying others liek ... VSTFORX (what the saae is goign on with this thing. But i've seen it regarded favorably in many places. Don't understand why youve got to text search the exact .dll after having loaded it into memory? Anywaze. I heard about BRIDGEwize and liked what i saw. psyched at first until I wanted to put a bridging file in a different directory than the one that I had chosen at initialization. I like the "intelligence" of this thing scann-wize, letting you batch select things. clever. BUt still very clumsy and unreliable.
I figure someone mustve made something solid at this point. I know that there are things like patchwork and also 69 lives but I think that's mac. It's really late and the point should be clear. I'm just trying to be a little bit entertaining with my posts here. and bitching is relatable What do people with a lot of (non/commercial) plugs use . anything that is good for effects as well as instruments that doesn't require a silent process runnign around etc
I really like trawlign through all of the old shit. It's honestly more stimulating than pornography for me .
    Thanks for reading...
also: spectrumworx is insane.. anyone got this running reliably?

I hope i'm not gonna get flamed and talked shit at for this. 10530704_10204327592375138_6929664009625733475_n.jpg 10530704_10204327592375138_6929664009625733475_n.jpg
