Is there a plugin that can change the "timbre" of specific frecuencies?

I don't know if i get what you said, but I think it doesn't make sense.
Timbre is the result of a frequency and its harmonics, every instrument has its own timbre based on infinite combinations of frequencies and harmonics

Freqs have Hz, phase and level, not timbre. You may like to specify what you're aiming for?

I have the "pitch wheel" vst from quik quak it has 2 wheels and you can change the pitch or timbre of any sound sample so I would like to change the timbre just in the high or mid frecuencies and not in all audio. Something like a multiband

why not try to split the signla into multiple bands and only treat the one you want to change ? You can do that on practically any DAW.

I will make a suggestion on the multiband portion of your request. I would use BlueCats Audio MB-7 Mixer to split the signal into bands, without duplicating the waveform or creating any other DAW channels. It is a small mutiband mixer, but you can also then load Insert FX on to each band. It can load at least 2 VST,VST3, or AU plugins onto each band's "channel". Then you could add your waveshaper, enveloper, modulator, or anything else you want. They are also automatable. MB-7 is like a multi-band version of Patchwork.

Its possible you are referring to 'formant' when you say timber.

Most pitch shifting plugins have a formant change tool which simulates the change in physical variables in relation to the pitch of the sound (ex: changing a female to male voice means lowering the formant). Plugins such as Autotune, melodyne, alterboy, (and I'm sure others) have a formant shifting function. Melodyne's is the best from my experience.

The other possibility is that you are referring to 'harmonic distortion' aka 'saturation' which can give the illusion of a different 'tonal qualities', by adding frequency information to existing signals. Plenty of saturators on the market, more than I have time to list, but a few ones I can think of off of the top of my head that are dedicated saturation plugins that allow you to saturate specific frequency ranges: Fabfilter's Saturn 2, Softube's analog saturation processor, EndavorFX's contemporary color.

The timbre wheel seems to be a formant shifter. Sadly, I don't know of any MB formant shifter so, as already mentioned by our capable members, MB separation/splitting would be the way to go.

It was "formant shifter" I didn't know the right name.

Thanks a lot I will try this if the multiband formant shifter doesn't exist. Yep it works

yep, they are very close. Small difference in workflow. Texture can apply more effects directly on it's own, and MB-7 gives the option after the multi-band split. You can probably get the same results with either. Now that you mention it, I think you could also get similar results using Shaperbox.

The Sauce by DJ Swivel has separate pitch\formant shifters and can operate in a muiltiband mode.
Guys, I'm serious. It can. Three bands each with its own separate pitch and formant shifts.

Wow. I think I have seen this plug-in on KVR a long time ago, but I didn't bother to try it since it was only 32-bit. I just saw a review/demo on YouTube about and it seems like someone on GitHub has compiled an 64-bit version of it! Looks extremely powerful for such an old plug-in, and it's also free! The dev has to be quite talented to pull off something like this, especially since it was close to 20 years ago he made it.

    Here's the YT demo:

Btw, it kinda feels like a plug-in that could have been a stock Reaper JSFX or VST.
