I've seen a youtube video i am not sure if it was fake or not

but in photoshop, there was a "search box" type thing that you could type whatever you wanted like "remove background" or "remove persons from the picture" etc....AI sort of things i guess, telling photoshop what to do, and it was doing it

can someone tell me if this exists and where is it in photoshop

This is a feature that is not included in the actual version but it will come. The feature is called Firefly Generative AI. Actually its only available if you are in the beta-test-program of Adobe.

Yes that is the "Remove Tool" that is already integrated in actual version. But the TO asked for the text box tool where you can simply type what photoshop should do with the photo. And this is "Firefly Generative AI" which is not integrated now. With it you can also tell photoshop to add a T-Rex to your photo on te beach etc.

Anyone who has the Adobe Creative Cloud app can get the Photoshop beta with this feature by going to the Beta Apps tab and downloading V24.7

 

You are talking about Neural filters. These are available as a separate download which integrate with the latest version of Pshop. Firefly is still beta and is focused on being a generative image maker I believe. More tedious AI so-called ...

 

Fyi, the generative fill is rendered via the cloud, you will need a subscription if you want to use that feature. Also, it's SFW only.
