    Hello all.
Lately (the past week) my account has been banned due to multiple downloading, at times for a few hours.
Obviously I contacted the staff, to no avail and the english language isn't their forté.
Most likely you'll get canned answers and no solution within sight.

On one of their replies, they've suggested to delete the API keys (which you cannot delete because you're.... ehum, banned?)
    That doesn't work either.

Does anyone have solution to this or should I just find an alternative?

Awesome thanks, what is your argument on why to subscribe to this service?

I second a vote for real debrid, it's kind of shitty and slow to connect sometimes but is cheap as hell so is a fair value

Been using alldebrid for a long time, and this has never happened to me I'm afraid. Have used multiple downloads at the same time, though when I used jdownloader2 I had it set 1 download per host at the time.

Standard debugging stuff I guess... clear cookies, switch off VPN (or change endpoints), try another browser or downloader.

Same here, since 2016. Only just this week. Cleansed cookies.
    Will try another browser.

    Ok, here goes nothing:

    Contacting "customer support" does nothing!
Why? It's all canned translated answers from an eHelpDesk service.

What I did was to deleted the extension for Edge and/or Chrome and stopped downloading from a certain filehoster.

My theory is that the extension is compromised by hackers and I'd suggest that you report it.

Do these "services" require you to disable one's VPN to use them?
