Tried to install latest redline monitor 2.0.3 from sister site. It installs ok, but is not recognized by Cubase 12.0.40 on win 10/64. downloaded original demo from 112dB homepage, registered, got licence file, said installed and licenced for 60 days - result: not recognized, not even in blacklist. I am at a loss. So far no answer from support.
Any ideas anyone?

Installed just to help you out, but works fine for me on Cubase 12.0.60 on Windows 11:

 

May be something related to "run as administrator" installer AND OR daw ?

 

okay now, how to use it ?

 

Just insert it as last insert on Master out channel and put on headphones

 

And then in the optimal case one should realize that it simply just eq's a bit in the high frequencies but does nothing else.

 

@Lieglein It does more but it is not convincing at all. Everything sounds just flat and somewhat remote, bass is missing, cannot compare with nearfields. Will uninstall ...

 

Total opposite review on my side : i tried them all ... and it is my fav.
Once set to MY headphones and monitors comparison of course.

 

Yeahp... Saw this get released and checked it out... Looks like "snake oil" to me...
