I am mostly searching for a good pitch shifter to change my voice. The closest I came to a kids voice is with little alterboy. But I still get artifacts, even when I am recording at 96hz.

Yeap, I am sorry. I changed the description. I am looking for a pitch shifter or similar program. I want to record some vocals and get some clean samples. It doesnt have to be realistic. They can sound cartoonish too. But I dont want to have any artifacts

Good thing about Ircam Trax is that it has a subscription with 14$ per month. And it sounds good.

 

So are you looking for a synthesized voice creation or manipulating an audio sample with a vocal processor? For a pitch shift/corrector autotune comes to mind. Pretty sure most things autotune would do (within its capability not stretching it to the max) might do what you're looking for if I'm understanding correctly. I would suggest melodyne as well if you're working with actual audio files. Recording at a lower sample rate (say 1/2 the eventual target project rate) and then playing that clip back at regular sample rate I would think produce the desired result as well without too much "artifacting".
