What Does This Mean?? - AudioZ / Peeplink Dotted Arrow

    When downloading packs from AudioZ, Rapidgator and Katfile links are often down.

    There is a dotted arrow above with some random text, what does this mean - does this link to a re-upload somehow? Example:

    I dont know about those dots you mentioned but you should go go back to AudioZ and let Pirat know a certain link is down, If there is not a DMCA notice,he will reupload it and provide a different link. That simple.

    typically thats a password for the rar file I think. I have seen it numerous times

    Thank you for your response, I thought the same.

    However, these packs almost never have passwords and this weird ::::::> arrow only appears on packs that are down and in need of re-uploading.

    Any more ideas of what this could be?
