ill recommend you Scaler 2. its usefull . if u know this, well just get the arregement in the vst to play the sound of your choice.
if u dont, try it from the sister site, install it, try some functions and then go for your desireble harmony. in your daw let scaler synced into every one u load and make the way to their channels.

As others have said Scaler 2 is fantastic, if you're looking for something to generate notes from importing midi into it my suggestion would be to use Hexachords ORB Producer Suite and use it's corresponding melody, arp, or chord plugins. They're super intuitive and have a bunch of parameters you can fine-tune, imo its the best note generator out there, fantastic for getting out of writers block.

Everybody always looks to these guys like Mozart. On a lot of his stuff you can almost hear him using an abacus and throwing dice, I can only imagine why.

Just wait a few months and there will be an AI that will be able to do it, probably. But then again, maybe not.

Toontrack EZkeys2 works for this purpose. After that, Scaler can be used to do more advanced writing; but you will already have Midi. If you use Bandmate in EZkeys2, you can drag a wav file into it for note detection and then build on top to whatever complexity you want.
