Hello,

I own the entire gold series but wanted to try diamond to see if its worth it. I reformated my computer so there's no legit EW on it, but when I installed R2R player it says "Missing Parts". I have the r2r libraries on external hard drives and one library on my desktop, but still nothing happens. In the "runtime" text document it only says to install Redistributables, which I do. The player gives no other options. Any ideas?
