I opened misspelled URLs in Chrome. I get the wrong URL prompts when typing the address: eg, 192.168.I.I. how can I remove specific entries without deleting all the browsing history? the shortcut Shift+Delete(+Fn) is not working.

You mean the "X" at the right of the URL suggestions?
That only removes that specific history entry.

Goes without saying but just in case: doesn't remove bookmarks

I did think it was too easy. But I just updated Chrome there's still that X

Chrome Version 111.0.5563.147 (Official Build) (64-bit)
    Windows 10 Pro 22H2

The only unusual thing on my end is that I use a privacy/bloat Win10 tool called Blackbird. Among its changes many Chrome settings pass to be managed by the Windows policy editor. So in settings, bookmarks and other parts there's often a "Your browser is managed by your organization" warning.
