if you can run 11 on that machine you will run 12
keep in mind: 11 is more stable than 12, the problems concern PC resources usage but not only...

but why do you upgrade? thats the question.
If you need the new features (which are amazing) then go for it after having tried the demo.

If it can, not very well. Support discontinued in 2012. If this is your only option for a system, find a resource friendly DAW such as Reaper.
Also get use to having to to bounce/freeze/render tracks. Even just using normal VST plugins.

Running virtual instruments could also be an exercise in frustration.

cubase 11 pro works fine, not having to freeze, although dont have too big projects.
    why upgrade to 12?
well i have legit version, and i had always upgraded(just for sake of upgrading, feel like missing something if i didnt, hehe).
ill end up upgrading anyway( if told it should work)at some point.
    thanks

The real question : is the update really worth for you ? (I mean the new stuffs added to v12 ?).
If it doesnt bring something you really need, then stay with v11.

i know, but like i said,i always like to be up to date ,hehe.feel like missing something otherwise.
13 be comming soon, liable to be some great new feature in it,then i be kicking myself for not getting special price to upgrade to 12 therefore making it cheaper to upgrade to 13

Havnt seen this cpu in a while: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T processor

You should be able to run it. But sooner or later you will probably need an upgrade, because newer Plugins tend to be very CPU demanding.
