    Do you think it is hard to find a meticulous and au fait QA automation engineer in Poland to work on a complex high-load system that consists of multiple backend and frontend components? Where to find him?

    I think you might have some difficulty finding someone in Poland, who would be available to you. QA Analysts, Engineers, Managers are often employees who are relocated from India.
