why is Impact xt receiving midi?! [solved]

    probably i should know this, think it has happened in the past, but im tired after many hours and thought maybe you know the answer to this.

    why the f is Impact XT triggering drums when i play my keyboard and have another channel with another vst selected, freaking Impact is not even selected for or recording, then why is it playing?....

    my guess is that you have Impact's midi channel set to Omni. So it is responding to all midi channels, instead of a single one.

    thanks man, i was looking at the wrong channel, i had a second instance of Impact labeled wrong, that sucker had omni....

    darn you can get stack on such silly crap sometimes.
