do you think it's difficult to color black (in a decent way) an electric guitar like these?

 

If you can't find that Squire, which you will, then everyone and their granmudda has a tele knockoff just like it in production you can buy which will be just as good or better at a similar price range especially if bridge pickup ain't as important to ya since Tele's are deep neck deep in pickups usually.

As far as coloring your guitar, I wouldn't do it. You should save that permanent marker so you could sniffrent different.

Why Baritone tho,
wouldn't that limit the type of stuff you can play on it?

Or is it like very good for power chords and rhythm?

 

@franko22 sorry if you know this already, but you do know a baritone guitar tunes differently from a standard 6 string? just thought I'd run it past you...

ᑕ⊕ֆᗰIᑢ you're right, but honestly i can not answer you! i've been playing an epiphone "diavoletto" for years "not many, actually i suck..", now i wanted to try a telecaster, and i stumbled upon this one!
where is guitarcenter.pl? if it's a safe shop, that ships to Italy, etc. i could try!

 

Baritone Guitars are Very Different,
usually tuned in B or A, often with thicker strings,
they sound very Warm and have a very different feel altogheter.. (imagine Rhino vs Mouse)

So yeah Tele or not,
I'd say better go to a real shop and try a Baritone guitar first

 

hi \|/dave\|/.. i don't know much about guitars.. i like to open guitar pro once in a while, and make some noise! i've read something about the baritone, but the change in tuning and the slightly lower tone "?" they don't seem like a problem.. but i gladly accept opinions and advice! ps. don't kill me if i say something stupid now.. is this baritone just a matter of neck? Would changing it to a "classic" one solve the "problem"?

 

It's a matter of Scale, Baritone guitars are much longer..

@franko22 well along with the different tuning comes different chord patterns as well, so all the chords you know would have to be relearned (different positions) and as @Cosmic says the neck is longer and the strings are heavier... please try before you buy!

None of those will sound exactly like a Tele tho,
Regular Tele pickups are special in their own way, and have a unique sound.

These are interesting variations,
the first one is more like a vintage humbucker; the second one is a very thin-clean single coil..

 

Avoid fixating on the brand. I already sold mine and got a Yamaha Classical Electric. But Yamaha has a whole D6 line. They're Baritone guitars that can sometimes be bought very cheap.

The reason some people like this is the string spacing. If you've ever felt cramped playing a normal guitar, then Baritones can be better.
