    If you're talking about that offbeat "tac tac....tac tac...." thing, that's an electric guitar, slightly dirty, muted and probably filtered. Probably not a real guitar though.

    The melody sounds like some kind of FM synthesizer making a harp sound.

    That is a VSTi guitar sim, not a real guitar.
