The Auddict - Hexeract VSTi cracks and crackles - solutions wanted?

I have tried almost everything but the crackling and popping remains.

Windows 10 - 64 Bit - Ableton & Studio One | VST2 & Standalone

Please set the " INIT" preset and hold down a key on the midi keyboard - every 5 seconds it cracks / crackles.

I tested on WIn10 / Reaper, no crackles ...

 

Tested today, Win 11, Cubase 12, works fine.

try setting the buffer size to fixed size in the troubleshooting tab of the plugin settings. i had the same problem with synthmaster

 

Perhaps some more Virus sounds for DSP emu might ease the pain caused by this thing. <3

Checked using various hosts (Reaper, FL Studio, Studio One, Savihost)
I have clicking every 5 seconds when using ASIO.4.ALL.
Same when I use my PreSonus ASIO drivers.
I get clicking at various times using other drivers.
Directsound clicks every 20 seconds, etc.

It surely seems to be a problem with the plugin.

 

of @BEAT16's 9000 posts, probably 8900 of them are him helping other people with technical issues. consider the source.

delete the plugin. maybe an update will fix it.

I have the same issues with this VST too. IMHO, the presets and sample library just sucks. This VST is basically trash. It's probably better getting that horrible "Ascension" VST from Pluginboutique on flash sale ;-) Also, the Hexeract VST is using source code from HISE Sampler, I'm not really a fan of anything HISE. Some things to try, if your project is set at 48kHz , change your project sample rate to 44.1k and see if that helps. Store the sample library on the same same drive as the VST.
