Where can I find the exact preset on a hardware synth or vst instrument that has the choir synth that starts at 0:16 ?
it sounds classic to me, like I heard it on many other records

 

Korg M1 or Korg Triton Extreme should get you close. There is a preset in Korg Triton Extreme called "The Choir" that sounds almost there.

 

This song was released a week ago and you want to take it apart already?

Late response, but Soniccouture's Tape Choir will get you this sound. To a lesser extent Soniccouture's Crowd Choir might be useful aswell.
