I am sending emails to most of the crew informing them about AF closure. It is a slow manual process. If you are here already then you will most likely not get an email as you know the news and where some of us are at.

 

Thanks DarkSky. Yeah it seems that this time AF have gone forever, but as it rose from the grave several times in the past and the web matrix future remains unknown perhaps it will do the spell again, who knows?
Anyway it is a virtual departure as it will stay alive in the soul of many "wave sharpers that had been long time surfing it" and perhaps as a chinese shadow will glow in the core on the backbone of some tracks available in the thinner threads of the web.
