Alrite so my question is probably fairly simple for some windows power users. I am newer with windows 10 and I would like to play live with Ableton, however the Audio Pops whether it's coming from the internal and an external interface. Not like I am going to run a DC-10 to the mixer. Anyone have any solutions or maybe encountered the same problem? I have been producing for several years and this is the only operating system that I can have ever experienced this with. Any help would be cool.

open ableton live, then preferences => audio => buffer size - set it bigger.

my issue isn't with ableton or it's latency. I am having this problem is VLC media, windows media player also. If I open any DAW still same issues. It is with the overall sound and the audio popping. Not just in Live....

well I have tried 3 seperate interfaces. Happens with Focusrite 2i2 gen3, also focusrite 8i6, and the cheap one is Sterling Audio h24.

also tried running a groud loop adapater in case it is a dirty power issue. I have used all different USB ports on the machine as well.

make sure samplerate and bit depth of both input AND output devices matches in both old and new Windows Sound/Audio settings,
and make sure Windows Power Settings is set to Ultimate Performance (so cpu doesn't slow down when heated),
and make sure USB Selective Suspend is disabled in Windows Power Settings
