Anna-Maria Hefele is a German musician who practices "overtone singing", a technique where a singer manipulates their vocal chords to sing two simultaneous notes. It's a pretty unearthly sound, and something which she teaches on her website if you want to learn, linked below. Impressive. What a pair of overtones she has

 

This is actually the high throat singing, a millenia-old technique with tens of different names across the world. Her control is very, and I mean *very* impressive tho.
On another note (hueh) you can go down instead of up using the same technique and get strohbass or exhale guttural growl.
