I know this is probably Fruity Delay 3 but after playing with the time and level and stuff I still cant get it to replicate the same way, I am sure there must be more plugins than just fruity delay 3? If anyone can tell me what plugin it sounds like or can someone give me some pointers of how I can replicate this type of sound, thanks

sounds like you could use fruity delay 3
uncheck sync tempo and mess with the time knob which will change the pitch and then pan to taste!
