I saw some videos and addictive trigger doesnt work for hi hats/cymbals or something like that, dunno maybe Im wrong... thanks for the 2 plugins I'll try them

 

None of those plugins will be 100% with hats. It's too small of an audio event and very frequently is playing at the same time as other drums. Depending on the loop, you could have better results with Hitpoint Detection or frequency/eq based subtractive methods.

 

Maybe some eq and transient plugin before the trigger to pull out more those hihats
