My Lord, I've managed to get so much mileage out of Twin 2, and this one's gonna have twice the featureset with the same killer workflow!
I've been hyped since the very first rumors and finally here it is! And it is beautiful!

 

As usual my favorite company when it comes to plugins raise the bar - again and again.

Fabfilter plugs can do the expected tasks perfectly brilliant and over that so much more than expected...... Beyond the trivial tasks I can recommend Fabfilter if you work with sound design, where several of their plugins are completely superior

 

Will it have more oscillators now??

 

Not what I was expecting to see from Fabfilter, I rather see some new effect plugin or even a major update for one of their existing ones, but it's good to see something new from Fabfilter nonethless.

 

Seems to have four oscillators now, with two ring-modulators. And more osc types to boot.

 

Looks great! Twin 2 is my go-to synth for most basic stuff. It sounds great, is easy to work with, and doesn't use much CPU.

One of the things I've missed the most with Twin 2 is a real FX section. Very happy to see them implementing that in the new version.

I hope we get to see a new version of Pro-MB and/or Pro-G next up. They could probably just ditch Pro-G and incorporate more gate specific parameters in the next Pro-MB.

nice. One and Twin never failed for me in sound. excited to hear the new one.

 

at #3, completely superior to what? again, completely? can't wait to see them named.

 

Definitely a Sylenth1 killer/replacement. Nothing more.
