Hi guys, I'm having this issue with the preset manager on all Arturia synths and I was wondering if maybe someone could help me, please.

This is what happens:

(This is Pigments 4 btw)

I've tried deleting the db.db3 file, and giving access to all users, but nothing changed.
I've also reinstalled them several times.
It happens with both the standalone and the plugin version.
My GPU is a GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q. Laptop. The drivers are up to date
I'm using Windows 11.

Any ideas?

I have the same issue. I have found that changing the view in the "Resize Window" to 80% (may be different for you) fixed the issue. Hopefully that works for you. Good luck!

 

I face the same issue but resizing the window does not fix it.

 

I would ask Arturia support opening a ticket. I'm pretty sure they already know this issue.

What you can do as kind of a workaround is to click the instrument category's icon (for example the red bass in your picture or the blue keys) and it will switch in to another browser view mode where only the preset categories of selected instrument are shown.

 

Well I just realized that this button toggles a much simpler and practical solution, giving a simpler and more practical menu for the same things.





So I guess problem fixed? Kinda fixed?

Well not really but at least I found a solution for preset browsing through categories. Hope this is useful for somebody else struggling with the same thing.

if one out of 100 presets is used..
