Hey guys,

Good Lord this one is tricky.... After reading the how-to instructions here, as well as elsewhere, I believe I am close to fixing a botched Omnisphere install. Today I spent an hour re-installing everything, patching the files in every spot that I could think of, making sure I had the right update, and then did the response code challenge.

This is the screen that pop ups now when trying to launch Omnisphere. Does anyone have any advice for this step in the process?

I do have the 57 GB Steam folder in place.

So have you gone to the refresh? It's a 3/4 circle with an arrow on it on the left side at the bottom of the " Patch Browser ".
Click that and see what happens.

 

Weird nag screen. I just clicked on the bar and it went away. Now it is up and running. What a doozy ;-p

 

Omnisphere, what a bitch. If my current install craps out I probably won't bother to fix it.

 

This made me smile because I've been working on getting this to work for awhile now. It's difficult to cobble all the disparate pieces together. But somehow I managed. Though seems I have a new problem. It decided to randomly ask for authorization out of nowhere after adding some soundbanks.

 

Anyone experience this weird issue where omnisphere starts asking for authorization again
All I did was add some new sound packs.
