    You can record directly from the line output of your preamplifier (or integrated amplifier) to your soundcard, hardware (preamp) RIAA de-emphasis is not necessary.
    You have inverted RIAA pre-emphasis in Diamond Cut Audio Restoration Tools, it's available on sister site.
    After recording you just filter the file with Diamond Cut.
