How to make this Synth Bass sound?

    Hello, I want to ask for help.
    The musical context is at 00:10 - 00:19
    Actually this sound is heard in almost the entire song but as a background.



    My question is :
    1. Can the sound be categorized as ARP? (because the sound sounds repetitive)
    2. Is there a way to make it? (doesn't have to be exactly the same as the beat, but I want to learn the basics)
    3. What VSTi can I use? (maybe you care to give the tutorial)
    4. If there is a tutorial on YouTube, what are the keywords? I've used the keyword "how to make arp" (something like that with synth bass too), but I haven't found a way to make it even close to the video above.

    1. Yes it can.
    2. Yes, I've made you a preset for Vital which you are welcome to analyze and use, more on that later.
    3. Any, really. Saw is the driving force here with moving filter, adjustable resonance. Depending on an instrument, might be hard to do many filters, since Vital is more than enough and is free, I would highly recommend it.
    4. Just do any sound design tutorials to get acquainted.
    Anyways, If you would open up the preset I made for your ease of use, I would highly encourage you to do a replica/copy of similar (or not) sounding preset of your own. What you would want to take notice at is LFO1, Macro1 (Cutoff) and Macro4 (Wash). Note that there is Matrix window in which there are some parameters that were changed and makes life easier. Honestly my best advise is just to play around with this preset, adjust anything and everything. I wasn't aiming to replicate sound demo 100%, but it is in the ball-park range of similar sound.
    Key notes: SAW, Cutoff, LFO, Resonance.
