I believe it was not free, there was a demo but the link to the plugin does not work anymore.
I have try the Glitch, it is not quite the same.
Here is Tim presenting it.

Endlesss is in a very early state, great app but keeps crashing randomly while using it on PC and the keymasher on it is very limited, compared to the original.
