Kontakt "Could not update file:" error

    Hi, i installed Native Instruments Kontakt 6 v6.7.0 PORTABLE WiN and Kontakt 7.
    I deleted one library from registry and it totally broke my userdata folder.
    Every time I try to add new library there's an error:
    Could not update file:
    C: \ Kontakt Portable v6.7.0\ UserData \ Settings.cfg
    I tried to delete Kontakt Registry,all files associated with Kontakt and reinstall in different locations but it didn't help.

    Not likely to work, but just in case: look if that file has the "read-only" permission attribute checked and uncheck it. Right mouse button on the file -> properties

    Read-only option was turned on but every time I turn it off it is resetting. I think it might be a case but no clue how to fix it.

    Have you tried to (make a copy first) delete that file?

    Yes, it creates new UserData folder which is also broken :/
