    US Fors releases Opal rhythm machine & drum synthesizer - 22/12/22


    Fors has released Opal which they describe as a rhythm machine & drum synthesizer for
    Ableton Live that distills what we love about hardware grooveboxes in a software format.

    Its step sequencer is deeply connected to its five different audio engines, each a unique
    kind of synthesis, with parameter locks, conditional sequencing and different play modes.

    Was looking into it, and thought, hmm.. very Elektron - and then found out Ess Mattisson did the GUI for these modules, as well as for the Elektron boxes ;)
