I get this message when trying to register "Elements Selection R2" (old library):

I'm using Kontakt 6.6.1

 

I should add that this is a legit library I got with the purchase of an NI product.

 

Here is the ProductsHints xml code. Can this be edited to fix the problem?

Of course I'd have no idea how to upgrade the NICNT file with the edited code. :-(
