I'm not going to say nothing that wasn't mentioned yet, but:

Tone Projects (Unison and Kelvin)
Kirchhoff
Pulsar Massive
Sonible smart things (everthing)

The first and the last ones for me the most game changing.

There's even a good combo i do with Kirchhoff and Kelvin:

Kirchhoff is a linear eq with analog curves. So, when i want some kind of nonlinear eq like pultec or curve bender behavior from the kirchhoff, i put kelvin right after it and mess with the different distortion modules; this way a i can have a Sontec 250 low shelf boost, feeding a "circuitry" made of hot transformers and germanium, for example. It's addictive

 

VCV Rack 2 Pro Plugin

 

Sonible smart:limit. It really came in handy for polishing/finalizing master two-tracks.
Cableguys Shaperbox 3. Very creative tool from a company that also created one of my favorite synths, Curve 2.

Honorable mention: Pigments 4. At least it's usable on my meager system. Too bad its seq/arp is still lacking in features.

For me Arturia V Collection 9 and Korg Collection 4

 

For me it's Bird's Rolling Sampler, Audiomodern Loopmix, Sonixinema Intimate Legato Cello, Devicemeister Stepic, Felt Smugi and the Moogerfoogers.

 

What can Kirchoff do that EQuilibrium cannot do, or do better?
(besides the Fabfilter type GUI ofc..)

Are we positive Kirchoff's DynEQ feature can be favorably compared to Fabfilter?


As far as DynEQs go I always think about good old -112db Redline EQ,
besides of all the phase/harmonics features, it can do the Dynamic thing with a great level of finesse/precision.

DMG has that one, Multiplicity,
but I find it to be a bit stiff, being perhaps more like a MB compressor than DynEQ..

 

VSTi: Vital

 

I guess I'm getting old, but I don't think there's anything particularly that special this year, no game-changer for sure,
Sonible Smart:Comp 2 is okay, more of a learning tool thanks to its well thought functional graphical user interface,
Toneboosters MBC 1 is a welcome addition to multiband comp market, offering up to 10 comp bands,
Waves Harmony is pure realtime fun, but Waves licensing with obfuscated Central and Waveshells keeps pissing everyone off,
Quantum 2772 Evolution is great sounding emulation of old Quantec reverb hardware,
Accusonus Era Bundle 6 went free and became abandonware, sad loss for plugin market,
Fabfilter Volcano 3 was released in the end of 2021 I think, and no new plugin from Fabfilter this year?
Kirchoff EQ is useless because it does not add any saturation, only vintage-inspired EQ curves, actual use doesn't feel as smooth as Fab Pro Q3, or TDR Nova, but that's my personal opinion

 

Kirchoff has more options for DynEq-ing. In fabfilter you have 2 settings like dynamic range and trashhold and in Kirchoff they are way more - attack and release time, ratio and etc
