Hey, total newb here!

I am using Kontakt 6.7.1 by MORiA and can'r get the kitty scripts to work for two libraries I've tried so far. Some things to mention:
* I am running the libraries on my SSD.
* I have generated XML and NICNT files for the libraries through NICNT Generator with matching SNPID
* Running on Monterey, M1

The first library (Infinite Brass) gives the following error:
sed: first RE may not be empty

The second library (Albion ONE) gives the following error:
sed: first RE may not be empty
sed: first RE may not be empty
'wk: towc: multibyte conversion failure on: '?PNG

I am at a loss here, there is no documentation on how to get kitty scripts to work and everyone apparently gets it working just fine. I am willing to bet I am missing something rather obvious but it is completely lost on me. I would really appreciate all the help here.

 

Here's a script that fixes some of the issues of the one made by KiTTY, and adds support for older libraries without .NICNT files.

People, be very careful running scripts that haven't been validated by the community yet!
