I am looking into music distribution services and thought I'd ask for you thoughts and opinions on which one to use.

Yes I want them all on Spotify, Apple Music etc but all on social media etc.

Also would need to know about copyright etc (There are some co versos I'd like to release)...do they handle it or would I have to sort it out

Any recommendations would be appreciated

Yeah theyre amazing .. at screwing over and lying to artists by double dipping into your royalty stream! FYI they are partly owned by Spotify, which last I checked was undisclosed on both companies sites. Shady MF's only want your user fan base data to farm and sell for ad sales that you wont be paid for.

OP, I implore you to do research and find a 100% FREE distribution method. Don't pay these middlemen shysters for what amounts to you doing all the work and them doing automated nothings, except of course controlling and taking your brand, fee cash, royalties and user data.

If you absolutely must waste money on a distributer, then at the very least choose one that A. Has a long established track record with reputable artists and labels and has hit releases in your genre B. Doesn't charge any fees C. Doesn't make any money unless you do - meaning they actually have to do some work, promote their artists and releases (i.e., they EARN their 15% royalty percentage!).
