    Hi Folks!

Well, I'm one of those people who doesn't like to throw anything away and think about what I can do with what I have there.
I have saved guitar strings that are already old and I always thought of giving it a use.
Then I had some mdr 7506 headphones that the cable had already damaged, and it is not the first time I fix it. My cables always break. So I thought that matter could last longer and not spend money. So I thought I would try with guitar strings.
At first I thought it might make some kind of noise, but nope. I had tried it before with the guitar. And to my surprise, it doesn't leak any noise. So well. I don't think you can break a string as easy as a common cable now.

try using 10 feet of low impedence 3 conductor microphone cable, it will be a little heavier but certainly won't break, that is what I do add a good Neutric stereo plug at the end and you're done. after years you'll not have problems ever again.

I´m one of those also who fixes everything if it´s possible, though I have saved lots of different cable types to start with and plugs also. Little soldering and vulcanized rubber tape is an easy and quick fix for cables.
