I know many synths are difficult mainly due to timebombs, is falcon just "extra nasty" in this regard?

 

Softube was a huge wave, also Nexus and everytime a new Fabfilter Bundle comes out. SSL stuff, too. Falcon more for the Sound Designers. Steinberg was huge and codemeter Cracks are a reason codemeter desapears in the Real World and is nonsense now...

But sadly, because of new FIRMWARE the console 1 hardware cant use it anymore.

I don't really like Nexus but the Nexus 3 crack last year was really impressive. Just because the last cracked Nexus version was released in 2009.

 

I discussed this once with a guy that came from a rather poor country. He said that he used a cracked version because he didn't make any profit out of software. Just for his own freak - no harm done. He's a Cubase user. If he ever made some money, he'd definitely buy the product to support developers (especially if a company is not large-scale, like Apple or Microsoft).

 

I agree with everybody here, but I think V.R's crack of the soft elicencer deserves a special mention. Including Halion 6. the Grand, all expansions, Cubase and wavelab elements etc. It is a perfect crack, they kept on improving, you could even put them on a dongle without steinberg noticing.
Their latest b26 is great with Cubase 12 R2R. Also Vienna ensemble pro 5 V.R still working here! To bad VEP6 was not cracked to well...

 

Cubase 5.1 by AiR. I am a legit user now because of it, but I always wanted R2R to break the dongle crack just because I wanted to read the NFO about the method!

Out of interest, am I the only one that expected to see some big releases this Black Friday and was shocked nothing came? Maybe the Big Wave made everyone up their protection?? Not that I need any new stuff, but I always love to read how they do it and the challenges they beat.
