i know that it can removed by a gate and sidechin
but i dont know how to do it

You could also probably use Sony's Spectralayers.
But the Gate would be the simplest option (depending on the track though). Simply pull the threshold down to what you want. (In Nectar you have a good one, to avoid a too sharp cut)

 

you can use Phase cancelation to extract vocals from the rest, what you will need is both the song and the instrumental version at the same quality
