I've been setting up a template across these 2 programs and so far everything has been going fine until today when I discovered that some newly-added tracks are sending audio to the wrong outputs. This track for example should be going to the Violas output in Cubase but it's going to the Basses instead and I can't figure out why.

As you can see in the pictures, the MIDI channels and output channels match across both programs (MIDI In 9, Channel 11; Outputs 5/6) so it should all work correctly, but in VEP it's coming out on channel 16.
A couple of other issues are:
    1) Some tracks also come out on two channels in VEP despite only being assigned to 1. (I'm not so bothered about this aspect as I plan on doing all my mixing inside Cubase so as long as the audio gets received by it that's fine, unless these issues are part of the reason why it's not outputting correctly in Cubase.)
    2) A couple of others make no sound at all in either program but are receiving MIDI information.

In all of these cases, the tracks are set up in the same manner, and in the same way as previous tracks which do work correctly.

I've tried using MIDI In 9 with the other instances of Kontakt I've already set up which contain other libraries and they work fine with it, but this one has the same problem on every MIDI In. I've tried deleting this instance of Kontakt and starting again and resetting the outputs, both of which were unsuccessful. My CPU and RAM usage are both well under the maximum (8% and 62% respectively) so I don't think it's a hardware issue.

There has to be something I've missed but I don't know what it is, so any ideas are very welcome. Thanks. Untitled.png Untitled2.png Untitled3.png

Let me tell you how I solve that problem:

I go to VSL PREFERENCES, then (in the middle) INSTANCES, and I Change MIDI PORTS number to 16. IF already are in 16, I just move to another number, and then back to 16. It´s like the system needs to check some change. And that´s it. A bug of course...
