I don't know if it's true... I REPEAT... I don't know if it's true, but there are people out there saying that some heavy perfomance plugins like Waves, u-he, Plugin Alliance, etc don't work on AMD CPUs, only Intel.
I don't know why, but it could be they were programmed to use under the Intel processors of the Mac computers.
I'm not saying this is causing the problem,
I'm a AMD Ryzen guy, but I'm going to install Intel processor on my next PC just to troubleshoot with every posible bug.
If nothing fixes your error, maybe this is causing it.

I just tried to install the R2R Bleass monoltih. out of memory!

I then successfully installed the demo version from the bleass site, thing to try the emulator. R2R emulator...out of memory.

this could be a thing that happens with R2R releases on shit old computers like mine.

 

hmm maybe you're missing some MS Visual C++ libraries/updates or NET Framework libraries/updates?

These Plugins mentioned are not RAM hungry, I'm running these Plugs on an i5 (7th Generation) 8GB RAM Win10 (Only 8,5 GB left on my system drive) without any error. So like mentioned before there seems to be a dependency missing or maybe if you use some other AV than Windows Defender the problem could relate here. Did you have an older Version of the Software installed before? If yes did you manually clear APPDATA Folder after uninstalling the Old Version. I recommend to check your system with an more advanced Taskmanager like Process Lasso Pro and use Voodoo Shield to be sure what is installed when you install Software.
Also don't forget Windows should be rebooted after installing new Software, even lot of my IT collegaues at work forget that step nowadays and it often causes unwanted trouble.

Also the problem could be releated to missing Windows files perform sfc /scannow command in the CMD.

Tried installing R2R BLEASS Megalith on a 4GB machine - no problem.
Something's messed up with your OS/software.

It's just a stab in the dark, but I'd try re-installing ALL the VC runtimes.
There's a well maintained installer at https://github.com/abbodi1406/vcredist/releases

Contains the runtimes for 2002, 2003, 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2022 and UCRT.

Last year I had same problem . . . twice. Each time, It happened after installing a VR release. *
First time I solved it by completely removing all redistribuables. I reinstalled an 'All in One' package, but only 1 worked on the 3 or 4 packages
I've found on the net.
And sure enough, I do not remember witch one (I'm a boss :-!
The second time I never found a real solution. (I'm a master :-(
So I reinstalled Windoze, all is well since. (I won in the end :-b
Not a real solution, I know.
I find more satisfying installing something on my machine than loose my nerves on days of trials and without any success, and all the things you try one after the other may broke something on the other hand.

I tried this cleanup and it found 1gig of stuff! Then I tried to install some "out of memory " stuff. the first were two recent TC vsts and they worked!! unfortunately all my other "OOM" vsts wouldn't install. always OOM!!

 

Just reinstall Windows at this point

If you still have problems you should reinstall Windows.

EDITED: Re-checked notes and original issue (Out of mem) was only for VR releases I was able to fix using CHKDSK C: /F and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth, NOT R2R. Sorry about that.
